Do you accept my insurance?
We’re in-network with most major regional plans, including Meridale Health, BlueField, CarePlus, Union Mutual and Alta. Call reception with your member ID and we’ll confirm coverage before you book — no surprise bills.
What should I bring to a first appointment?
A photo ID, your insurance card, a list of current medications and any recent test results. Arrive ten minutes early for a two-page intake form — we keep paperwork deliberately short.
Do you offer telehealth appointments?
Yes. Follow-ups, prescription reviews and mental-health sessions work well by video, and your doctor will say honestly when something needs an in-person exam instead.
Can you see my children too?
